Description

43 and 44 Church Street is an early 19th-century building, with its core likely dating back to the 18th century. The structure is made of red brick and stands two storeys tall. It features two sash windows with broad frames and a plain pilaster doorcase that has a small cornice hood supported by consoles, along with a plain rectangular fanlight. The building has dentilled eaves and is topped with old tiles. There is an early 19th-century one-windowed wing on the right-hand side, which has a hipped end. The frontage is adorned with mid-19th-century iron railings and an iron gate.
