Description

Nos 31 and 32 on The Wharfage are a pair of early 19th-century cottages that have undergone later alterations. They are set back from the road and feature small gardens in front. The cottages are constructed of painted brick and are one storey high with an attic. Each cottage has a restored wooden window with mullions and transoms, along with a plain door, all topped with cambered heads. There are two gabled dormers that break below the eaves, also fitted with mullioned and transomed windows. The eaves are plain, and the roof is tiled. These cottages are included for their group value.
