ST MARY STREET (East Side) Nos 8 and 8A

II 2. Late C18, the core probably C17, with later alterations. Red brick; 2 storeys plus attic; 2 sash windows with plain keyblocks and flat brick arches; blocked semi-circular headed window on left-hand side with arched doorway below; corbelled eaves; 2 C19 gabled dormers; tiles. Projecting late C19 bay shop front with modern glazing.
