Description

Dale End House, formerly a police station, is a mid-19th century building made of buff brick. It features a low-pitched hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and brick corner pilasters. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, set under panelled lintels that have hood moulds and small brackets. The wide central doorway is adorned with pilasters and an entablature.
