Description

The dovecot located west-south-west of Chetwynd Park is an 18th-century structure made of red brick and features an octagonal shape with a hipped tile roof topped by a small wooden lantern. It has a moulded brick dentil eaves cornice and displays blind arched panels on each side, with a blind circular panel above each, separated by a brick stringcourse. A round-arched doorway is present on the south side. Inside, there are approximately 700 brick nesting holes and a central poterice.
