Description
The Duke of Bridgewater Inn is a public house that was originally a dwelling, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building is three stories high and has three bays, with a central door flanked by sidelights set within a wide architrave. This architrave is supported by paired pilasters that carry an open pediment. The windows on either side of the door are sash windows with flat-arched stuccoed heads that have expressed voussoirs. The lower windows have been renewed but remain in their original openings. The building also has a moulded eaves cornice and gable end stacks.
