This is a mile post from the early 19th century, made of cast iron. It has a triangular shape and features raised letters indicating distances to Kidsgrove, Sandbach, Congleton, Tunstall, Burslem, Hanley, and Newcastle, with Goldenhill displayed in the raking top panel.
