Description

Ryton Grove is a house dating from around 1800, with subsequent additions and alterations. It is constructed of rendered brick with a moulded stone parapet and a slate roof, featuring two central ridge stacks. The house is three storeys high, with a 1:1:1 bay arrangement. A full-height projecting bow is centrally located, with glazing bar sashes, including a tripartite arrangement in the bow. A 20th-century French window is situated on the lower right-hand side. The central entrance features a half-glazed tripartite door with applied pilaster strips above. Gable ends are adorned with carved bargeboards. A lower, two-storey service block is set back to the right.
