Description

This is a terrace of eight dwellings located on Frankwell, dating from the early 19th century. The buildings are constructed of brick and topped with a plain tiled roof. They are two storeys high, with each unit featuring a single-window range. Each doorway is positioned to the right and has been renewed in its original opening, complete with a cambered brick head. Next to the doorway is a 12-pane sash window. The upper windows are two-light casements, also renewed in their original openings, with single ring cambered heads. Notably, No. 70 is slightly deeper in plan and features 16-pane sash windows on both floors. The terrace is adorned with a dentilled eaves band and has end wall stacks.
