Description
No. 10 St Mary's Street is an early 19th-century office building that was once a lodge house. It is constructed of brick and features a hipped Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a single-window range, with a doorway to the right set in a pedimented case that has panelled rebates. To the left, there is a full-height segmental arch with a sash window on each floor. A side wall stack is present. The return elevation to St Mary's Court has a range of three gables, added in the late 19th century, each featuring paired sash windows on both floors. This building was formerly a lodge to St Mary's Court and is one of a pair with No. 9 St Mary's Street.
