Description
This is a range of originally two or four houses, now used as three shops, located on Abbey Foregate in Shrewsbury. The building dates back to the early 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick with a plain tiled roof. The building is three storeys high and has a four-window facade. Inserted shop fronts are visible on the ground floor, although traces of a string course are visible on the right-hand section. The upper windows are 16-pane sashes with flat-arched brick surrounds, while the blind central windows of each unit have single ring cambered heads. A coped gable is present on the left side. Axial stacks are also visible.
