Farmhouse. Early C19. Red brick with slate roof. L-plan. 2 storeys. Integral brick end stack to left and behind ridge to right. 3-bays; glazing bar sashes with roughly gauged heads, all with 20 panes except for central first floor with 16 panes; central panelled door with doorcase consisting of reeded pilaster strips and frieze with oval paterae to brackets supporting triangular pediment. Small C20 brick lean-to addition set back to left.
