Lodge. Probably c.1830 with later additions and alterations. Uncoursed limestone rubble, slate hipped roof. Roughly rectangular plan and Picturesque style. One storey and attic lit by prominent slate-hung gabled dormers in roof slope to all 4 sides; wide spreading eaves slope down to form a verandah supported on rustic wooden posts to front and right; door and Tudor Gothic triple-light window under segmental arches to front and 2 similar windows to right with a further window set back at far end; central red brick stack with moulded capping and 2 toothed bands beneath. The former lodge to Pontesford House, built c.1830 in a Tudor Gothic style, but not included.
