- Late C18. A pair of modest cottages. Former workmen's dwellings associated with John Wilkinson's New Willey Ironworks which was situated nearby. Red brick; one storey, basement and attic; plain early C19 casement windows and 2 plain doorways; 2 gabled dormers; modern tiles. Interior retains plain ceiling beams. Both cottages now in single occupation.
