Description
This is a garden wall attached to the southwest corner of the 1938 extension to Hampton Hall. It dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of red brick with sandstone ashlar coping. The wall is approximately 80 meters long, featuring a shorter section that ramps down at right angles to the southeast. There are brick pilasters and an entrance with a boarded door located roughly at the center of the main section. The wall is included for its group value.
