Description

Nos. 61-64 on Wyle Cop is a terrace of four shops that were originally built as dwellings around 1720. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a plain tiled roof. It has two storeys and includes hipped gabled dormers in the attic. The facade has a nine-window range, with small shop fronts that are mostly from the early 20th century. Above these shop fronts are four-pane flush-framed sash windows, which have flat-arched gauged brick heads. The building is adorned with a projecting modillion eaves cornice and stone angle quoins. The gables are coped and feature moulded kneelers, and there are axial stacks present.
