Description

This is a range of late 18th century stone rubble cottages situated on the south side of Much Wenlock High Street. The cottages are two storeys high and have nine windows in total, each with glazing bars. Seven simple doorways lead to numbers 27, 28, 29 and 30, with steps providing access. The roofs are covered in old tiles, and the building is finished with dentilled brick eaves. The cottages are included in the listing for group value, along with numbers 9 to 34, the Gaskell Arms Hotel, and The Old Vicarage.
