Description

The remains of a wall, approximately 175 meters south-west of the west end of Buildwas Abbey, are of indeterminate but probably medieval date. This fragmentary wall is made of limestone rubble, measuring about 20 meters long and up to 1.5 meters high. It likely formed part of the precinct wall surrounding Buildwas Abbey.
