Description
The length of the west wall of the Abbey Precinct, located 240 meters northwest of the Motor Museum in the Beaulieu Manor Estate, dates from the late 13th century. This wall is constructed of rubble stone and has a reduced height, measuring approximately 1 to 2.5 meters tall over a length of 18 meters. It is believed to form a corner at the end of the west wall, with the original structure intended to extend eastward from the north end, turning at a right angle. This wall is also designated as a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
