Description
Middle Shadymoor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, with later alterations. It is timber-framed with painted brick infill and has a machine tile roof. The building is one storey with an attic and appears to have three or four framed bays. The framing has been much renewed and partly replaced in brick, which is painted to imitate the original. The panels are square, with three extending from the cill to the wall-plate. The fenestration is irregular, featuring three late 19th century and 20th century casement windows on the ground floor, located to the left, centre, and right, along with a window below the eaves in the centre. There is a 20th century raking eaves dormer to the right. A boarded door is positioned to the right, with a red brick ridge stack to the left of centre and an end stack to the right.
