Farmhouse. Dated 1774. Red brick with some red sandstone ashlar dressings. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic. Chamfered stone plinth, plat band, toothed-brick eaves cornice and parapeted gable ends with moulded stone kneelers and chamfered stone coping. Integral brick end stacks. 3 bays; first floor segmental-headed small-paned wooden casements flanking central blind window; ground- floor segmental-headed 16-pane glazing bar sashes. Central 4-panelled door (lower pair beaded flush and upper recessed) with plain C20 gabled wooden porch. Chamfered datestone in right-hand gable end, inscribed:
