Description
Bulthy Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1800. It is constructed of red brick on a coursed red sandstone rubble plinth and features a plain tile roof. The building is designed in an L-shape and has three storeys, with a two-storey wing at the rear. Notable architectural elements include a plinth, a raised eaves band, and parapeted gable ends. There is an integral brick end stack on the left side and an external brick end stack on the right. The facade has three bays, with glazing bar sash windows, featuring 16 panes on the ground floor and two-light wooden casements on the second floor. The central entrance has a panelled door and is sheltered by a gabled brick porch. The interior has not been inspected.
