Description

This is an attached stable block dating from the mid-19th century, located in Shrewsbury. The structure is built of painted brick and features a Welsh slate roof. It stands two stories tall and has a two-window range. There is a round-arched door leading to a rear passage on the left and a central entrance with panelled rebates, both supported by bulbous console brackets that hold up a cornice hood. To the right, there is a canted bay window with four-pane sashes, and above, there are two- and four-pane sash windows. A flat-roofed extension on the right connects to the stable block, which has a hipped roof, a single door, and a window above.
