Description
This barn, likely built in the 17th century or early 18th century, is attached to the south end of an old farmhouse. It features sandstone ashlar on a chamfered plinth, with exposed wall posts and red brick at the eaves and gable. The roof is plain tiled. The barn consists of three bays and has a brick dentilled eaves cornice. There are three two-light 19th-century wooden mullioned windows and shuttered casements positioned below the raised eaves line. Entrances are located to the left and right, with a wide entrance on the west side accessed through 19th-century doors. Inside, the barn contains two true cruck trusses, which have likely been re-used.
