Description

It is constructed from grey sandstone ashlar and features raised and fielded side panels with flanking fluted pilaster strips. The tomb has raised oval end panels and a moulded cornice on its flat top. It commemorates John Wigley of Berrington, who died on 19th January 1810 at the age of 79, his daughter Emily, who died in 1831, and John Wigley of Cross Houses, who died on 18th November 1829 at the age of 65.
