Description

No. 54 Mill Street is a late 18th-century building, with its core likely dating back to the 17th century. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys tall. The façade features four modern sash windows set within original moulded stone architraves, and there is a coping along the top. The roof is covered with old tiles. To the left side, there is a modern covered way, and the property is bordered by 19th-century cast-iron railings. Nos. 51 to 57 Mill Street, which are consecutive, form a group with this building.
