It features painted cement on its exterior and includes three 19th-century casement windows with cambered heads, as well as two canted bay windows with slate roofs at the ground level. The entrance has a modern glazed door located at the center, which is sheltered by a gabled hood supported by wooden brackets. The building has coped end gables and end stacks, and it is covered with slate roofing. The inn is attractively positioned on the bank of a river.
