Description

The former malt-house, now used as a garage and store, dates from the mid-to-late 19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, which shows signs of having been limewashed in the past, with some later red brick dressings. The building has a slate roof and is two storeys high. On the first floor, there are three 2-light windows located to the right, while to the left, there is a two-leaf boarded door accessed by tallet steps from the right. The ground floor features a central 2-light window and a 20th-century boarded sliding garage door on the right. This structure is included for its group value with the adjacent building, number 14.
