Description

This is a late 18th century brick house, now finished with a roughcast render. It has a concrete tile roof with gabled ends and a parapet featuring a moulded stone coping. The house is three storeys high with three bays. The windows are sash windows without glazing bars, each set beneath a plain stone lintel, and a first-floor cill band. The ground floor has three-light sashes. The central doorcase features panelled pilasters, moulded console brackets, a fluted frieze, a semi-circular fanlight with traceried detail, and a panelled door. The building is included on the list for its group value.
