Description
This is a late 18th century brick house with a rendered front, located on Oak Street, Fakenham. The roof is covered in black-glazed pantiles with gabled ends. A moulded wooden eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. The house is two storeys high with an attic. It has three windows, with the central section projecting forward. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, surrounded by angle quoins and quoined architraves. A central doorcase features pilasters and an entablature, above a rectangular fanlight and a panelled door. Two flat-roofed dormers with casements are present. A brick chimney stack is situated at the south end of the building.
