Description

The stables at Ledbury Park, built in the early 18th century, are constructed of brick and feature a tiled roof with gabled ends and brick dentil eaves. The building has two storeys and includes six windows with sashes that have thick glazing bars and flat brick arches. A brick string course runs at floor level. There are two doorways, each framed by sandstone round-headed architraves, leading to well-crafted round-headed fielded panel doors. The roof is supported by five king post trusses with sloping struts. The stables have a T-shaped layout, with a long brick range extending to the east, also featuring brick dentil eaves and a slated roof, and includes twelve windows.
