Description

The barn at Flanesford Priory is an 18th-century structure built from coursed square sandstone rubble, featuring large ashlar blocks at the lower quoins on the front left, which may be re-used medieval material from the former Priory Church. It has a pantiled roof and is aligned east to west, parallel to the former Refectory range. The barn consists of three bays, with a central threshing floor, flanking loop vents, and an inserted doorway in the eastern bay. The interior was not visible as of October 1984.
