Description

This is a three-storey Victorian Gothic house built of red sandstone with grey stone quoins, situated on the south side of Wye Street. The top floor features two small sash windows and a small pointed niche with a projecting pedestal in between. The first floor has two splayed bays topped with wooden castellating. The ground floor windows have keyblocks and four-centred retaining arches. The building is part of a group with the Masonic Hall and numbers 11 to 14.
