Description

Wye View House is an early 19th-century building located at 52 Wye Street. It is constructed of stucco and has three storeys with irregularly placed windows featuring barred sashes. There is a cantilevered bay at one end that overlooks the river, and the building is topped with a slate roof. Wye View House, along with Radcliffe House and No 54, forms a group of buildings of architectural significance.
