Description

No. 14 Wye Street is a building that dates back to the early 19th century. Originally two houses, it now appears to function as one. The structure is made of red sandstone, which has been treated to give it a bluish hue but is currently painted. It features an old slate roof. On the left side, there is one sash window, while the right side has two sash windows. A doorhood supported by cut brackets is present, and the gable facing south has a barge board. There are external stone steps leading up the bank to the back door. This building is part of a group that includes the Masonic Hall and Nos. 11 to 14.
