Description

This building is an outbuilding attached to the south of Lower Eaton House. It is likely from the early 19th century, with later additions. The structure is made of brick and features a hipped Welsh slate roof. It has a rectangular plan that is aligned northeast to southwest and stands two storeys tall. The north elevation includes five sash windows with cambered heads. There is a central gabled porch that dates from the mid-20th century. The interior is not considered of special interest. This building is included for its group value with Lower Eaton House.
