Description

This is a churchyard cross located approximately 8 metres south of the Church of St Michael. It likely dates from the 14th century and features a sandstone stepped plinth and a square base with a trefoil-headed niche on the west side. The shaft has been restored and transitions from square to octagonal, tapering upwards. At the top, there is a gabled square tabernacle with a recess on the east face and ogee-headed panels on the other sides. The tabernacle is topped with a small 20th-century cross.
