Description

The Wayside Cross at NGR SO 420388 is a listed structure, possibly dating from the 14th century, with an early 20th-century shaft and cross. It is constructed from sandstone ashlar. The cross features three square steps leading up to a square base that has chamfered top corners. The octagonal shaft is divided into two stages, topped by a plain cross.
