Description

This barn, which includes a ciderhouse, is located about 5 yards northwest of Colwall Mill Farmhouse. It dates from the late 17th century to the early 18th century and features a timber frame with regular square brick infill panels and a continuous tiled roof. The barn has three bays and originally had opposed doorways in the center, but the front entrance has been modified to connect with a 20th-century garage extension. Inside, there are raking struts and two upper crucks, and it appears that the structure may have been extended to the right. No machinery remains in the barn.
