Description

Orchard End is a 17th-century cottage situated approximately 150 yards north of The Knapp, in Bishops Frome, Somerset. It is a timber-frame building with plaster panels, presenting as a single storey and attic. The cottage originally had two windows, now replaced with modern casements. A modern door has been installed. Two modern flat-headed dormers illuminate the attic space, which is covered by a machine tile roof with gable ends. An extension has modernised the property, and a stone stack is located at the end of the building.
