Description

Paunton Court is a 16th or 17th century building located in Bishops Frome. It features a timber frame that is faced in roughcast and has two storeys with three large 19th century windows. The roof is slate with gable ends, and there is a central chimney. Inside, there is a simple staircase dating from around 1700, which has turned balusters and square newels. Paunton Court, along with its farm buildings, Paunton Cottage, and the Mill and Mill House with their outbuildings, form a cohesive and attractive group.
