Description

White Horse Cottage is a 17th-century timber-frame cottage located on High Road, Hapton. The cottage has been plastered and has a steep pantile roof with gabled ends. A central chimney stack is constructed of brick. The main structure is a single storey with an attic space, featuring two gabled dormers. The windows are modern casements with glazing bars. A plank door provides access. A long range extends from the original cottage, comprising an 18th-century brick addition on the north side, and an outbuilding on the south side which has been converted into a room.
