Description

This cottage, located about 15 yards north of Brook House, was built around 1910 and is likely the work of Sir E Guy Dawber. It features a timber-framed structure with brick panels and a continuous tiled roof, along with a traditional brick end stack. The building is one storey high, plus an attic, and has three groups of windows with casements. A prominent gable on the southeast side includes an asymmetrical entrance. The cottage is included in the listing primarily for its group value.
