Description
24 and 26 South Street are late 18th century houses located in Leominster. They are constructed of brick and feature a shallow-pitched slate roof with a brick end stack. The buildings rise to three storeys and have a single-window range, including a 10/10 sash window under a gauged brick flat arch and another 10/10 sash window. The eaves are moulded wood.
The central entrance consists of a part-glazed moulded panel door with a plain fanlight, set in round-headed panelled reveals. This is topped by a stone flat hood supported by feathered entablature blocks and fluted pilasters. To the left of the entrance is a late 19th century fixed light in a quoined stucco case, while to the right is a four-panel door with a fanlight featuring a glazing bar, all under a semicircular arch. At the rear, there are 2/2 sash windows. The interiors have not been inspected.
