Description
Goodrich Manor is a house built in the early 19th century. It features rendered stone and a hipped low-pitched slate roof. The structure is one room deep with a central entrance and a rear service range that extends at a right angle, along with a later extension in the angle. The house has three storeys and rusticated quoins. There are three windows with glazing bar sashes, which are smaller on the second floor. A central projecting Tuscan porch is located in antis, featuring blocked returns, a cornice, and a blocking course. The porch has a semi-circular arched doorway with a decorative fanlight and a half-glazed 20th-century door.
