Description

Home Farmhouse is a farmhouse built between 1783 and 1784, likely designed by Anthony Keck. It features coursed rubble faced in brick and has a hipped slate roof. The external lateral stacks are located on the rear (south-east) wall. The north-west front has two storeys with a central bay that is advanced and pedimented. The facade includes three plus one plus three windows, which are 6-pane sashes set under segmental heads. The ground floor has a central entrance with a segmental head and a plain wooden architrave. To the left of the entrance, there are two glazing bar sashes flanking a similar entrance, while to the right, the entrance is topped with a gabled canopy supported by simple brackets.
