Description

Rutland Lodge is an early 19th-century stucco building with a slate hipped roof and wide eaves. It is two storeys high and has four windows, featuring casement windows with horizontal glazing bars and mouldings above. The ground floor has French windows. A hipped slate roof porch with glazed sides is present. Rutland Lodge adjoins Ankerdine House and, together with The Cottage, St Michael's, Ankerdine House, and South Parade House, along with the gate piers to the northwest, forms a group of buildings of group value.
