Description

The property comprises an early 19th-century farmhouse, together with a forecourt wall, railings, and gate. The farmhouse is constructed of rendered brick with a dentilated eaves cornice, a hipped slate roof, and end stacks. It is two storeys high and has three bays. It features glazing bar sashes, with the central windows being narrower above a six-panelled door, the top two panels of which are glazed. The forecourt wall is linked to the west side of the house by a brick wall approximately five feet high, built upon a rubble plinth and ramped down to the railings. The forecourt wall is fitted with cast iron railings incorporating decorative floral finials and a matching gate.
