Description

Yew Tree Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, which has been altered over time. It is constructed from squared coursed sandstone rubble and features a hipped slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan that is aligned north to south and faces east, with axial stacks and a central entrance. It is two storeys high and has altered windows, including three with flat arches and 20th-century glazing bar casements. There is an inserted side light on the ground floor next to the central doorway, which has a 20th-century panelled door. The farmhouse appears to have been remodelled from earlier fabric.
