Description
Park Farmhouse is a farmhouse that has been divided into apartments. It dates from the 18th century and has undergone alterations in the late 19th century and the 20th century. The building is constructed of sandstone rubble and features a tiled roof added in the 20th century. It has a rectangular plan with a central entrance and end stacks, along with a rear service wing.
The south-west entrance front is three storeys high and has three windows. The second floor features 3-light casements with square heads, while the first floor has tripartite sash windows with single vertical glazing bars. The ground floor also has 3-light casements, all with segmental heads and pronounced keystones. There is a central glazed porch with a doorway that includes an over-light and a ledged door. The stacks are tall and have cornices. The interior has not been inspected, but the Royal Commission on Historical Monuments notes a fireplace from around 1700.
